You must be at least 21 years of age to use pph44. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. By registering, you declare that you are 21 or older. pph44 may request identity documents to verify this at any time.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pph44, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:
pph44 may refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons for such refusal. In cases where eligibility requirements are found to have been misrepresented, pph44 reserves the right to void all activity on the Account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pph44. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must notify pph44 immediately of any changes to your registration information via the account settings page or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pph44 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, you must notify pph44 immediately.
pph44 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of Players. You may be requested to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or other documentation as required. pph44 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
All financial transactions on pph44 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pph44 accepts deposits via the payment methods published on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT. Available methods may change without prior notice.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Cashier page. Deposited funds are credited to your Player Balance upon confirmed receipt. pph44 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and compliance with applicable AML obligations. pph44 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or compliance review. pph44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
pph44 is subject to Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended by Republic Act Nos. 9194, 10167, 10365, and 10927. Accordingly, pph44 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to maintain transaction records as required by law. Any suspected use of the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
All funds deposited into a pph44 Account are held in segregated accounts separate from pph44's operational funds, ensuring that Player balances are protected in the normal course of pph44's business operations.
pph44 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits ("Promotions") to Players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:

Each game category available on pph44 — including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, Dragon Gate, and live sports betting — is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. These Game Rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.
In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, pph44's records of the game state at the time of the malfunction shall be used to determine the appropriate resolution. pph44 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that is affected by a verifiable technical error, and to refund the staked amount to the Player's balance in lieu of paying any purported winning arising from such an error.
For RNG-based games, pph44 uses certified Random Number Generator software audited by independent accredited testing laboratories. For live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning outcomes are recorded and retained for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
pph44 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game or game category. Scheduled maintenance, provider downtime, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of specific games. pph44 will not be liable for any losses attributable to such unavailability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pph44 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the pph44 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, layouts, and trademarks — is either owned by pph44 or used under license from its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content without pph44's express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to pph44 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pph44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however arising, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if pph44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GAMBLING RISK NOTICE: You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. pph44 accepts no responsibility for financial losses sustained through normal gameplay on the Platform. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose, and never as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pph44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how your personal data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of such data with regulatory authorities such as PAGCOR and the AMLC where required by law, and with accredited identity verification service providers.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, pph44 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to you during the exclusion period. You may request closure of your pph44 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable compliance review.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pph44 Platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first raise the dispute with pph44's customer support team via live chat or the designated support channel. pph44 will investigate and respond within 10 business days of receiving sufficient information to evaluate the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, pph44 is subject to the supervisory jurisdiction of PAGCOR for matters relating to the conduct of its licensed gaming operations. PAGCOR's determinations on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction are final and binding on pph44.
pph44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting of the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.
